Dan Hoemeke has arranged for a Conservation Department biologist team to visit the lake, projected May 21, weather permitting. They will assess the lake ecosystem and make recommendations for general health and stocking. Last time they visited, biologists reported plenty of fish -- but that was 2019. Since then we went through the pandemic and may have experienced some poaching. Numbers seem to be down and/or the fish small sized. It also seems some edible aquatic flora is depleted. We hope to remedy the lake ecology to have excellent fishing recreation here for you. Opt in for paperless billing, Public Water Supply District
